WE'RE LOOKING FOR A PROJECT MANAGER.
- The basic function of the Geiler Project Manager is to survey projects, estimate labor and materials costs, and communicate financial cost and project timelines to customers. Manage key client projects including the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor and summarize progress of projects.
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must have a full understanding of the different project management methodologies and best practices. Experience and/or knowledge of plumbing, HVAC installation, sheet metal work, and plumbing and HVAC or construction code would be of additional benefit. The requirements for this role are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or abilities necessary to meet the minimum job requirements of this position.
