I just wanted to send a note to commend Chris Clary and his crew on a great quality Air Condition installation at my residence this week.  In a time when it has been difficult to get good quality service technicians and craftsmen, Chris was a consummate professional.

He was particularly courteous and detailed in his explanation of the installation and operation of our unit. Additionally, Chris's great representation of your company has convinced us to use Geiler for a plumbing repair as we continue our home remodel project.

Our heat went out late last night. I called Geiler first thing in the morning. They made it out in a few hours. The tech was very friendly, professional and walked me through what he was doing. He has been with Geiler for 21 years and you could tell he enjoyed his job and employer. He quickly identified the broken part and had a replacement in his truck. He was here for less than an hour and we have heat again!

More than pleased with Geiler’s service today. They are a union company so you know their guys are trained and qualified to work on your equipment. Chris came out and did a thorough inspection of my heating and air equipment, while performing some needed maintenance as well. Two thumbs up.

Shout out to Dennis, Eric and Kyle for repairing our malfunctioning boiler. Dennis went above and beyond. He is professional, courteous and all around a terrific guy. I don't know what I would have done without him this past week. Geiler is lucky to have him. Thank you !
