I just wanted to pass on my thanks to your whole team regarding the cooling tower fan repairs. Jim did an excellent job explaining everything and getting the tower going Friday night. Jason and Marty were very professional on the phone in assisting me with things I could do and assuring me some one would be out Monday. And the 3 guys out here yesterday really worked hard and never had a bad attitude. I know the job was difficult and it would have been easy for them to just stop and try again today but they kept at it and got it done so all affected resident would be able to sleep comfortably. Little story about yesterday. We decided to open spur of the moment even though everything wasn’t as perfect as we wanted but am sooo glad we did. It was a long week of many many late late nights. About three hours before we were due to open we realized it was Hot in the store. Like real hot. Realized AC needed repair...like STAT!!!
In true Kel Kel fashion Kel got on the phone and called a Geiler (who my daddy worked for for 45 years). She called frantic and may or may not been crying a bit to see if someone could come out. Told then Dad had worked there forever and we were opening in 3 hours and could they help. The gal named Lisa who answered the phone said “I worked for your dad for 30 years. I loved him. We will be right there!” Half hour later these two cute plumbers were hard at work and VOILA ac was back on
When I walked out back and saw those Geiler trucks I did get a big lump in my throat. Called Sissy and she was crying a bit.
