I just wanted to send a note to commend Chris Clary and his crew on a great quality Air Condition installation at my residence this week.  In a time when it has been difficult to get good quality service technicians and craftsmen, Chris was a consummate professional.

He was particularly courteous and detailed in his explanation of the installation and operation of our unit. Additionally, Chris's great representation of your company has convinced us to use Geiler for a plumbing repair as we continue our home remodel project.

We have used Geiler twice in 14 years for some pretty serious plumbing issues.  Believe it or not, Matt, a master plumber at Geiler did both of our jobs for us (which says something about the company if their employees stick around).

This week-end, my heater blower went out on my old furnace. I called Geiler at 10:00 pm Friday evening. Dennis answered & said he could come as soon as he drove from Batavia to Cheviot. He was here by 11:00 pm. After looking at my furnace & trying to get model numbers etc. , he said he would try to find the correct parts. Saturday morning he called & said he had a new motor for me !!! Amen. He came & with a lot of work, got it installed and running. What a blessing. Dennis was friendly, efficient, capable & showed he really cared about getting the job done for me & took pride in his work. In today's world of lackluster workers, Dennis made a miserable experience very refreshing. If I ever need more heating or plumbing repairs I will definitely call Geiler. Thank you.

Very kind and prompt. I tried all of them in Cincinnati, and this was the best. Update: they came out the same day on the new heat outbreak. Fixed our air conditioner and helped it from happening again. Tim Wiehe did a fabulous job!

Every time I call Geiler, whether for routine maintenance and care of my HVAC or for an emergency, they are always responsive and professional and tremendously helpful. This past weekend, I thought I had lost all water pressure in my home. I called at about two in the morning and got a fairly quick telephone response. The next day, Matt came by to evaluate the situation and determined that my tankless water heater was actually the issue and needed to be replaced. Both times that he was here, for the initial evaluation and then for the installation, he was incredibly helpful and professional and appropriately concerned regarding my issue. I am so thrilled to have both good water pressure and hot water in my house again! I couldn’t be happier with the results. I would definitely call Geiler again for any issue in my home for which they have expertise. I routinely refer friends to this company because of my positive experiences.
