Why Do Business With Geiler?

Just wanted to let you know that the insurance company paid the amount of the Geiler bill that you detailed for me. Thank you...Thank you. They also covered the coring company and the replacement of the
three pads of my driveway that had to be cut through. The excess on the water bill ended up being about $350...I thought it was going to be thousands. It was 15,000 units. I just wanted to let you know that
there was a happy ending, Driving by my house now you'd never know it happened. It will take awhile to get the grass and landscaping back to where it was but that's OK. I love my kitchen faucet and really appreciate everything you and your company did to help me through the traumatic event. I know it was a challenging...to put it mildly...job!Tell Matt and Dennis I said "Hi" and trust that I will only call you should I have a plumbing issue in the future. Thank God it won't be the water line!

This letter is to inform you of the outstanding service I received. Dennis West came to my home and repaired a pipe in my kitchen. He was very polite, professional and informative. He had no problem with me watching what he was doing. He showed me what the problem was, where it was located and most importantly how it was going to be resolved. If I should have any plumbing issues I will definitely request his service. It’s not often you get customer service these days and I though you should know.

We just had a boiler tune-up completed by Ray Hale. We just wanted to let you know how great his service was. Not only did he do the job at hand, he also thoroughly answered any and all of our questions. There were several questions concerning “needs” of the system that another heating company told us were “musts” during an emergency visit last winter. Ray informed us that, although some would be nice to have, none were necessary to keep the boiler running. In other words, he didn’t tell us we need things just to “up” the bill. He answered all the questions with honesty and integrity.
