RESIDENTIAL HVAC Service Technician

• Minimum 3 years experience in the installation of Residential HVAC Equipment and ductwork.
• Minimum 3 years experience in the servicing and repairing of Residential HVAC Equipment.
• Must be well groomed, neat in appearance and should have good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must have good customer skills and work habits.
• Must be available for scheduled on call service and overtime.
• Must have a minimum EPA Refrigerant Certificate of class 2.
• Must have a good driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Applicant should show desire to keep up with our ever-changing industry by participation in A.C.C.A.'s National Certification Program and to obtain an Ohio HVAC Journeyman's Certificate and Kentucky's HVAC Journeyman's License.

COMMERCIAL HVAC Service Technician

• Minimum 3 years experience in the installation of Commercial HVAC Equipment, ductwork, piping and power wiring.
• Minimum 6 years experience in the servicing and repairing of Commercial HVAC Equipment including the following:
  • Boilers
  • Centrifugal Chillers
  • Refrigeration Equipment
  • Pneumatic Controls
  • Electronic Controls
  • Package Heating & Air Conditioning Equipment
• Must be well groomed, neat in appearance and should have good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must have good customer skills and work habits.
• Must be available for scheduled on call service and overtime.
• Must have a minimum EPA Refrigerant Certificate of class 3.
• Must have a good driving record and a valid driver's license.

RESIDENTIAL Plumbing Service Technician

• Minimum 5 years experience in the installation of Residential Plumbing Equipment, fixtures and piping.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the servicing and repairing of Residential Plumbing Equipment, fixtures, piping and drain systems.
• Must be well groomed, neat in appearance and should have good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must have good customer skills and work habits.
• Must be available for scheduled on call service and overtime.
• Must have passed an approved training program.
• Must have a good driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Applicant should show desire to keep up with our ever-changing industry through ongoing training and to obtain a Cincinnati, Kentucky and Indiania's journeyman's plumbing license.

COMMERCIAL Plumbing Service Technician

• Minimum 3 years experience in the installation of Commercial Plumbing Equipment, fixtures and piping.
• Minimum 5 years experience in the servicing and repairing of Commercial Plumbing Equipment, fixtures, piping and drain systems.
• Must be well groomed, neat in appearance and should have good communication skills both verbally and written.
• Must have good customer skills and work habits.
• Must be available for scheduled on call service and overtime.
• Must have passed an approved apprenticeship program.
• Must have a Cincinnati Plumbing License.
• Must have a good driving record and a valid driver's license.
• Applicant should show desire to keep up with our ever-changing industry through ongoing training and to obtain a Kentucky's HVAC Journeyman's License.
  • Experience with high pressure jet & tv inspection equipment, commercial gas & electric water heaters is a plus.
  • Backflow Testing Certification with Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana is desired.

Auto Cad Specialist

1. Minimum 3 years experience in coordination and planing of commercial and process HVAC and plumbing projects.
2. Minimum 3 years experience with Auto Cad.
3. Must be able to work closely with owners, owners representative, general contractor, architects, engineers, equipment venders, subcontractors, project managers, estimators, and field personnel.
4. Must be able to work within a team concept.
5. Must be well groomed, neat in appearance and have good communication skills, both verbally and written.
6. Applicants must be willing to work to accommodate the sometimes rushed deadlines of serving our customers.
